The Brickyard

Confluence Companies is developing a new mixed-use district in Castle Rock, CO called The Brickyard. The development is expected to have 400 apartment units, 100 for-sale condominium units, a 125 room luxury hotel, resort-style amenities, central green and food hall concept, 100,000 sf of for-sale office space, and a recreational facility. The project captures the historic qualities of the site that build authenticity while staying meaningful to a modern community and way of life. LanDee Design was brought on to craft an ownable and enduring masterbrand that can serve as a foundation for growth and sub brand development. Working with key stakeholders, we generated the vision and strategy, name, messaging, logo designs, and branded touchpoints to enhace a sense of place.
