The Emerson
Confluence Companies is developing a 14 story multi-unit residential building in the medical district of Englewood, Colorado. LanDee Design was invited to craft the name, brand, and logo for the new apartment building as well as implement the brand character from vision and strategy, naming, logo design, and signage. Through exploration and stakeholder meetings, LanDee Design worked to create a unique design that differentiates the residential building from its competitors and attracts residents to live and work in Englewood, CO. The design team also worked to design and build a temporary website during construction to notify the public of building updates and ongoing information about the project. In addition, LanDee Design created wayfinding signage and placemaking for The Emerson.
