Drake Building & Development is a general contracting company located in Bozeman and specializing in high-density, mixed-use construction. Driven by a great love for their community, Drake is committed to preserving the spirit of a small mountain town while answering the call for needed housing and commercial space. LanDee Design crafted a brand identity and kit of parts to help Drake successfully launch in the marketplace as a hardworking legacy brand. “Small town heart with big city experience”
Drake is a forward-thinking company with a heritage heart. They work hard and care deeply about quality, trust, and relationships. With that in mind, a color palette was inspired by hardworking materials like leather, denim, and wood. The custom crafted logo represents it’s namesake with a drake wood duck graphic and the word mark is based off of a traditional serif font that incorporates intricate design details. As a result, the Drake brand identity reflects a high-end, trustworthy brand that can stand the test of time.
