The Emerson
Confluence Companies developed a 14 story multi-unit residential building in the medical district of Englewood, Colorado. LanDee Design was invited to develop the brand vision and strategy, and craft a name for this project. Through exploration and stakeholder meetings, LanDee Design worked to create a unique brand story that differentiates the residential building from its competitors and attracts residents to live and work in Englewood, CO. Located on Emerson St., we took inspiration from the philosophy of Ralph Waldo Emerson and aimed to create a living environment that would serve as a retreat for those working in the surrounding medical community. Our design team developed the logo, visual brand kit, and the sign & placemaking plan for The Emerson. In addition, we designed and developed a temporary website during construction to notify the public of building updates and ongoing information about the project.
