Woodward Peace Park Championship | Mt. Bachelor OR 2022

From the mind of snowboarding legend Danny Davis, Woodward Peace Park Championship invites world class snowboarders to an innovative terrain park for a different take on the classic slopestyle competition. The 2022 event was hosted at Mt. Bachelor, OR and consisted of a Dual Slalom Race, High Hip Air + Wallride Handplant, and Half Park, followed by a Community Day where all riders were welcomed to enjoy the Half Park alongside their favorite pros

LanDee Design provided design support for key elements throughout the competition venue and the athlete experience. The process included collaboration with a variety of partners and brands to see the event come to life.

Peace Park For The People

Peace Park aims to reinvent freestyle terrain with a focus on natural transitions, creativity, flow and fun. The event is a true celebration of the snowboarding community.

Our goal for the championship was to take the established Peace Park brand and amplify it to the next level. Through collaboration with event sponsors and key stakeholders at Woodward and at DragonFli Media, we conceptualized and designed elements for the athlete lounge, course features, media room, and viewing spaces that brought the Peace Park vibe to life.
