Pancho & Jane

When Confluence Companies and Coral Tree Hospitality partnered to open a new kind of taco joint, they asked LanDee Design to create a brand that reflected their unique restaurant concept and that would foster a vibrant and lively atmosphere.

The menu combines mexican fare with a Colorado twist and pushes boundaries with unexpected pairings. It’s this rebellious spirit that inspired us to name the restaurant after a pair of outlaws. Francisco “Pancho” Villa is a Mexican revolutionary leader of the early 20th century, and Jane Kirkham is a 19th-century Colorado stagecoach bandit who disguised herself as a man.

We created brand visuals for Pancho & Jane that translate the outlaw zest of its namesakes. An unexpected color palette, custom typography, and playful graphics come together to embody the unique menu, vibrant atmosphere, and dynamic energy of Pancho & Jane.
