GW is a multifamily mixed-use project located in South Golden, Colorado. Confluence Companies partnered with LanDee Design to develop a name and brand story that would appeal to young professionals and outdoor enthusiasts. We leaned in to local history and paired it with an adventurous spirit to create a one of a kind brand that stands out in a saturated market. The logo design and visual tool kit flowed and was applied across all brand touchpoints, marketing materials, and sign & way-finding.
