Aurum
Aurum is an innovative housing model in Golden, CO with community at it’s core. With luxury finishes, communal spaces, curated community events, and views of the Rocky Mountains, Aurum is an unmatched living experience. The developer, Confluence Companies, turned to LanDee Design to further set this unique living space apart by designing a suite of signage and wayfinding elements.

Collective Community
The word Aurum is the scientific name for Gold, one of the 118 elements that collectively make up the periodic table. Aurum expresses this ‘collective’ by delivering a living environment where shared spaces, resources, and experiences encourage residents to live their best life. The signage and wayfinding system embodies these brand qualities through bespoke design features. The monument sign serves as a placemaking component that draws people in, while the unit number designs incorporate elements of the periodic table speaking to the idea of being part of the collective. Overall, the sign package uses refined materials and colors that provide clear communication.
